Hidden House
Hidden House
Description:
Hidden House is a single family residential building situated near Makocevo village, Bulgaria. The place is really remote and hidden in the beautiful surrounding nature. Our project implements those specifics and interprets them in our way. The house is placed on the lower part of the property and the north facade is really confined so that the house stays hidden from the outside world. Our clients prefer a secluded life, so we worked to achieve this. In contrast the house opens up to the south where they can enjoy the beautiful views, nature and plenty of sunshine.
With a low budget for construction set aside, we had to work harder on the project and in details in order to accomplish beautiful and modern design of the house. Away from different networks, Hidden house is planned to be passive and sustainable.
The set structure of the site is a monolithic, reinforced concrete skeleton. The roof is made of sheet metal and the windows are high-grade aluminum.
On the first floor there is 1 bedroom planned for disabled people with separate bathroom, open-concept living room with kitchen and dining zone, fitness room, garage, parking spot, laundry room, storage room, toilet and technical room.
Оn the second floor there are one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, two separate bedrooms, one shared bathroom, and an empore.
