Description:

The Stone house is the first renovated building in Rozino complex. It has been completely abandoned for many years, leading to its extremely poor condition before renovation.

Its supporting structure is strengthened and reinforced. We left the new supporting structure visible as part of the interior design. All materials used in the exterior and interior are of the highest quality.

The first floor is based on the concept of open space without doors for optical expansion of small rooms. There you can find spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and all amenities you can need like soap and toilet dispensers, back-lit mirror and others. The bedroom has comfy double bed and a view to the river. Relaxation and dining area are defined as separate zones. All decorations are modern and in harmony with the interior design.

On the second floor there are large bedroom, large bathroom and a small hallway. In the bedroom, an authentic wooden ceiling, made of boards made from real wood weapon chests, was revealed. After his restoration, even the labels of ammunition on them are preserved. This specific ceiling creates a unique atmosphere. The interior design of the whole house sets the tone of the overall concept of the complex and the contracting company.
